Bigfoot and Wildboy TV Series (1977-1979) 
Bigfoot and Wildboy was one of the more bizzare Saturday morning shows I watched as a child. Even though there were only 20 episodes I didn't mind seeing them over and over. The show centered around Wildboy, a Pacific Northwest orphan who was raised in the wilderness by the legendary Sasquatch. They fought criminals and helped people in distress. Bigfoot was extrordinarily fast and had superhuman strength, with a lot of Six Million Dollar Man like visual and sound effects. The whole concept was corny and the stories lacked substance but it was hard to pry your eyes away from it, it was the sort of morbid curiosity you have when watching a train wreck.
